England and France signed a peace treaty which included an agreement to keep the captured town of Boulogne to France for eight years

​Anne Askew

​Lincolnshire gentlewoman Anne Askew refused to recant her religious view and was convicted of heresy for denying the corporeal presence in the mass

Gardiner Excluded

November 1546
Henry and Bishop of Winchester became involved in a land dispute and Gardiner was consequently excluded from the list of executors of the king’s will

​Norfolk and Surrey Arrested

​12 December 1546
Thomas Howard, duke of Norfolk and his son Henry Earl of surrey were arrested and charged with treason which removed them form a challenge to the regency council after Henry’s impending death
